
If you want to eat something sweet and healthy try this recipe!
Materials
- 2 oversized banana
- 2 medium avocado
- 3 table spoon molasses
- 4 table spoon honey
- 2 caddy spoon vanilla extract
- 1 caddy spoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1/2 water cup whole wheat flour
- 2 table spoon cocoa
- 1/2 caddy spoon salt

How is this done?
- Put the flour in a bowl
- Add cinnamon, baking powder, cocoa and salt in it
- Peel the banana peels
- Peel the avocado kernel and peel.
- Mix the banana and avocados to a creamy consistency
- Add vanilla extract, eggs, honey and molasses and mix again
- Reunite the two mixes and mix until you are sure it’s completely mixed
- Pour the mixture into muffin molds
- Mix in a 170 degree heated oven for 30-35 minutes
