  • 2 medium avocado
  • 3 table spoon molasses
  • 4 table spoon honey
  • 2 caddy spoon vanilla extract
  • 1 caddy spoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1/2 water cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 table spoon cocoa
  • 1/2 caddy spoon salt

How is this done?

  • Put the flour in a bowl
  • Add cinnamon, baking powder, cocoa and salt in it
  • Peel the banana peels
  • Peel the avocado kernel and peel.
  • Mix the banana and avocados to a creamy consistency
  • Add vanilla extract, eggs, honey and molasses and mix again
